Estimates and Booking Requests
Displayed rates are estimates based on the information entered. They are subject to available capacity and confirmation of shipment details. A quote does not reserve a truck. Submitting a booking request requires Agency confirmation before dispatch.
Accurate Shipment Details
Provide accurate dimensions, weight, locations, dates, commodity, and required services. Changes to those details, permitted routing, equipment, or services may change the price. Oversized and overweight estimates require confirmation of equipment, axle weights, routing, permits, and any required escorts or surveys.
Restricted Cargo
The Agent does not guarantee pickup of cargo prohibited or restricted by NMFTA or Landstar. Review Landstar’s prohibited cargo and shipment rules.
Shipment Documents and Portal Information
Verify generated bills of lading and packing lists before use or signature. Shipment updates depend on available operational information and tracking connections. Contact our team for clarification or urgent shipment needs.
